Known for his leadership and management skills, he takes a local as well global point of view. Today Koohiji enterprise is transnational with direct presence in several countries and holds the record for achieving several feats at the regional and global level. |

Pritvi Rajkumar
Head, Corporate Development |

Pritvi Rajkumar brings in over 7 years of experience in finance, business development and business operations. A Bachelor of Science in Economics in Finance and Information Systems from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, he has recently been retained by Koohiji Group to provide various consulting services to the Group.
Prior to his engagement with Koohiji Group he served as Vice President and Minority Partner at GPX Enterprises, L.P. - a private investment firm focused on the sponsorship, development and management of select private equity and venture capital investments. At GPX, he lead several private equity initiatives in several industries including communications, software and real estate. He previously served as Director of Corporate Development at ATX Communications, Inc. handling product development, key contract negotiations and mergers and acquisitions. Some of his initiatives at ATX transformed into significant profits for the company. |

Prasad YSCV

| A graduate and a PG Diploma holder in Computer Science he has over 15 years of experience. He has served leading Companies in India such as Sterling Resorts and JTM Telecom (now part of Airtel) holding several key sales/ marketing positions handling Office Automation products (Panasonic, Canon, Minolta), Leisure Concept Selling, Fire safety products, Telecom. With 10 years of service with Koohiji Group, his contribution to consistent business growth and played a key role in leading Komtell to the No.1 distributor position in the MENA region. |

Neal Barros

| A qualified engineer in Electrical and Electronics from the reputed BITS - Pilani he earned his Post graduate degree in Business The Management. Associated with Globalnet since 1997 he swiftly moved up the ladder to head the Business Unit. Instrumental in devising and adapting Business models in line with the business goals agreed by Globalnet and Motorola. Adept at operating under the vagaries of the telecom market, he was the driving force behind a record sale of 3.5 million handsets with a turnover of USD 206 million. His contribution helped Globalnet rank amongst Motorola’s top 10 distributors worldwide. |

With over 20 years of experience he had strategic roles and has supported the top management under varying capacities in leading companies like Wipro, Al Futtaim. Apart from his core skills in Financial The Management, he is experienced in ERP/ SAP implementation and has guided the Group’s SBUs during the business successes in the recent years. |

| Highly versatile and erudite T.P. Anand is a part of the Senior Central
Management Team to support areas that include Internal and Management Audit
as well as operations. He is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow member of
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. TP has over 23 years of
rich experience in the field of Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Strategic
Planning, Business Advisory Services, Trading and Operations, having spent
the last 8 years with Koohiji group. He has worked in Organization such as
Sterling Resorts, TTK, Marg in India and Jetspeed Travels in Singapore. |

Anita Saboo

Holder of a CIPD qualification in Human Resources, Anita has, to her credit
over 12 years of varied experience in the Middle East. Spearheading the
Human Resources Department for the Group since 2004, she has successfully
integrated HR services with the business needs. Coming with a strong
experience and background in the field of medicine, she has the ability to
empathize with employees and to relate effortlessly to people of different
cultural backgrounds, thus balancing the Organization's needs with employee
