Technocare began operations as an independent after-sales service organisation and Regional Service Hub for Motorola, Siemens and Sony Ericsson. As a leading technical training and customer support provider in the region the Company caters to 24 countries in the Middle East and Asia region.

Certified by ISO 9001- 2000 ,ISO 14001-2004, OH&S 18001, Technocare is the authorized Customer Care Centre for Motorola in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and India. The organisation also manages the Siemens Speed Stream customer call centre for Etisalat’s ADSL subscribers.

The company has a tie-up with Sony-Ericsson for repair management, logistics management, Call Centre support in Dubai and also for Regional Technical Auditing of all their Service Partners in Middle East and Africa region.
